Four Points by Sheraton at Toka Sticks

Sector: Hospitality

Four-Points-by-Sheraton-HotelThis new Four Points by Sheraton hotel at Toka Sticks serves as the anchor to a significant development at the historic, 18-hole Toka Sticks Golf Club by the Wild Horse Pass Development Authority. The development includes not only the six-story, 74,000-square foot, 134-room hotel but also a new, 3,800-square foot clubhouse and a state-of-the-art, 5,700-square foot golf cart storage and maintenance building. The project is located adjacent to the Phoenix-Mesa Gateway Airport and near Arizona State University’s Polytechnic campus.

RSP Architects was selected to provide design and construction services for the project. Fisher Engineering, Inc. (FEI) was selected to provide code consulting services and third-party review services.  Our third-party review services verified that the project’s fire and life safety systems were designed and installed to Sheraton’s standards.
